Hoyt Hudson

Hoyt is your primary guide to navigate the Age of Energy.  Hoyt is a clean tech development and finance expert focusing on medium-to-industrial-scale energy projects.  He brings over 20 years of experience in entrepreneurship and business growth, is an information technology expert and a seasoned manager.

Prior to Mainstay Energy, Hoyt did development and project management work for a portfolio of multi-billion dollar gasification facilities with a team known as Leucadia Energy.  In this role, Hoyt implemented start-up development efforts, including site selection, technology assessment, financing, public relations, information technology, government relations, environmental, permitting, commercial agreements for feedstock and offtakes, as well as assisting in the development commercial agreements surrounding the planned gasification projects.  Hoyt has also consulted with investment firms and Fortune 500 companies regarding energy technologies, business plan assessments, and development studies. Mr. Hudson holds a B.S. in Applied Physics from the California Institute of Technology.

Hoyt will be involved in your project in a hands-on basis, and will also bring together a hand-picked team of legal, finance, engineering, and specialized consultants, as needed to make sure that Mainstay exceeds expectations for your project.
